Hôtel L-Avenue est seule habilitée (directement ou par l’effet de licences ou autorisations) à utiliser les éléments composant le Site, les noms de domaine, les marques, modèles, etc. ainsi que les images et contenus éditoriaux qui y sont reproduits.
L’usage de tout ou partie du Site, notamment par téléchargement, reproduction, transmission, représentation ou diffusion à d’autres fins que la consultation et l’utilisation du Site à titre personnel et privé par l’internaute dans un but non commercial est strictement interdit. La violation de ces dispositions expose son auteur aux sanctions prévues tant par le Code de la propriété intellectuelle au titre notamment de la contrefaçon de droits d’auteur, de droit de marques que par le Code civil en matière de responsabilité civile.

DISPONIBILITÉ DU SITE
Hôtel L-Avenue s’efforce, dans la mesure du possible, de maintenir accessible de manière permanente le Site, mais n’est tenue à aucune obligation d’y parvenir. Hôtel L-Avenue peut donc interrompre l’accès au Site, notamment pour des raisons de maintenance ou de mise à jour, ou pour toutes autres raisons, notamment techniques ou éditoriales et ce, sans préavis ni information préalable des internautes, sans que Hôtel L-Avenue ne puisse être tenue pour responsable des conséquences de ces interruptions aussi bien à l’égard des internautes que de tout tiers.

Hôtel L-Avenue s’efforce d’assurer au mieux de ses possibilités l’exactitude et la mise à jour des informations diffusées sur le Site, dont elle se réserve le droit de modifier, à tout moment et sans préavis, le contenu.
Toutefois, Hôtel L-Avenue ne peut garantir l’exactitude, la précision et l’exhaustivité des informations mises à disposition sur le Site, lesquelles informations ne constituent ni une garantie ni un engagement de la part de Hotel Paris Boulogne à l’égard de l’internaute. En particulier, cette dernière ne saurait être tenue pour responsable :

Hotel Terms and Conditions
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
In case you made your reservation on the hotel website or through an online travel agency, you can cancel or modify your reservation exclusively by the link on your confirmation email and according to the Sales Conditions.
In case you made your reservation directly with the hotel, any cancellation or modification must be sent to us in writing by sending an email.
Cancellation or modification of the reservation is then validated with either a confirmation or a cancellation reference.
- Cancellation or Modification fees
- If you booked an offer with flexible cancellation terms (BAR, RACK or PACKAGE rates):
D-2 days before arrival : Cancellation / modification without any penalty
D-1 day or No-show at the hotel : Cancellation / modification charged the amount of a 1 night fee
These cancellation fees are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.
- If you booked a non-refundable / non-exchangeable offer (PROMO or SMART rates):
The entire stay is charged at 100% at the time of booking.
This amount is neither refundable nor exchangeable and the dates of stay cannot be modified.
TAXES
Rates are displayed including VAT and City Tax.
ARRIVAL TIME / DEPARTURE TIME
Your room will be available at the reception from the time shown below
Check-in time (starting from): 3.00 pm Check out time: 12:00 noon
On your Check-out date, you are required to leave your room not later than the time indicated above.
A penalty or an additional night’s fee may result from non-compliance with this time limit.
Early check-in or late check-out must be requested and validated by a Front Office Manager on the day of arrival or departure only and may incur additional charges.
It is recommended that you use the "Comments or additional information" box on the booking form or notify us by email to report your estimated arrival time, especially if it is before the scheduled arrival time.
PROCEDURE to be observed on arrival at the hotel
Upon arrival, the guest and accompanying persons musy provide a valid ID that corresponds to the name of the room reservation:
- Identity Card or Passport for European Nationals
- Passport for all other nationals.
In addition, the name on the credit card used for the reservation must correspond to the identity card provided and must be presented on arrival in case a prepayment has been made at the time of booking.
If the room has been reserved by a third person, the person present must provide a new credit card under his name which correspond to his own identity document.
Any extras (bar, room service, etc.) that are not included in the rates are subject to a guarantee by credit card or by cash payment - of 100 € per night - You will be asked at the beginning of your stay.
The extras will be validated with the customer at the end of the stay at the time of departure.
If cash has been pledged and no extra bills have been invoiced, the deposit will be returned to the customer.
Minors cannot stay in our establishment without the presence of a legal representative.
ADDITIONAL PERSON IN THE ROOM
The maximum occupancy of our Junior Suite Family Terrace is 4 people. For more information, please contact the hotel.
The identity of each person staying at the hotel must be mentioned at the time of booking and must provide a valid ID upon check in.
SPECIFIC GROUP CONDITIONS
Every reservation made for 5 or more rooms are considered as a group. Specific conditions can apply.
PAYMENT AND VALIDATION OF BOOKING
Payments must be made with one of the cards listed below, through our secured web pages or directly at the hotel.
A pre-authorization of the amount of the first night can be made by the hotel at the time of booking.
Visa / Eurocard - Mastercard / American Express for guarantee and prepayment
Maestro for on-site payment only
PAYMENT AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE
Your bill will be denominated in EUROS, but your credit card can be charged in your currency if your bank allows it (Fintrax system).
NON-SMOKING POLICY
L-Avenue is an entirely non-smoking establishment.
In case of non-compliance with this policy, the cost of cleaning the room to eliminate tobacco odors, as well as the immobilization of the room will be charged the amount of a 1 night fee.
INCIDENTS, DETERIORATION
The rooms available to our guests are verified, functional and in good condition. Guests are required to immediately report any deficiencies to the hotel reception.
In case of deterioration, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of repairs or replacement.
Many decorative objects are arranged in our rooms. If you leave by chance with one or more items, the L-Avenue hotel will charge your bank card directly. Rates are available at the Front Desk.
DOG FRIENDLY POLICY
We do welcome dogs if they are wise, clean and small upon request only.
A surcharge of 20 € will apply per day and per animal in room on your billing invoice.
Please note that our four-legged friends are not allowed in the catering areas.
PARKING
We hereby inform you that a covered car park is situated at the R-1 of the hotel.
The price is 21 euros per 24 hours.
